December "noted" club night

December 14th 2008 at the Angel Hotel - starting at 7:15pm

make note of the earlier start time. After a packed and succesful November event, we are expecting more artists (?!) than ever performing on the night and we have much to pack in, including

the noted annual awards

Song submissions

are available online here, or by replying to this email, giving names of performers, instruments to be amplified, no. of mics needed, and whether a drummer would help.

Submission guidelines - because we are expecting a packed out programme, please submit no more than 2 songs. Also, please submit no later than THURSDAY 11th December - any after this date will go into the OPEN-MIC lottery with requests on the night, and Pete, our MC, will choose from those depending on time available.

If there are too many submissions to complete on the night, we will have to reduce some people to one song only, but guarantee those people 2 songs at the next event.

As always, any style or standard or age of performer are accepted. Repeats of previously performed items are welcome, and any Christmassy songs this time are welcome, but not compulsory (by order of the Cheese Management Board).
