Noted Meeting Details for 2008

Happy New Year! When we had our planning meeting for 'Noted' I promised to do a summary of the actions - they are:

1. Meetings will be third Sunday in each month in the function room at the Legh Arms

2. Dates for first half of 2008 are - 20th Jan, 17th Feb, 16th March, 20th April, 18th May, 15th June

3. Start time is 7.30pm with room available from 7.00pm for setting up

4. Each month 2 of will take responsibility for coordinating set lists and organising/MCing the night - we agreed the first three of these - Jan is Graham/Pete, Feb is Paul/Mike and March is Chris/Stu

5. Action on all of us is to let Graham/Pete have our songs asap for Jan, so they can put a balanced set list together - suggest we 'copy all' so we can see how this is shaping up

6. Also can we let Graham/Pete know who we have invited so we can try and fill the room (c30)

7. Mike - can you chat to Graham/Pete separately re gear for the night - thanks

8. Door price is £3 - we need 17 min to break even - I'll pay Legh Arms each month
