The Day After the Big "noted" Concert

A huge thankyou to all performers and guests who came along to the 2nd bi-annual Noted Concert, and the first at The Angel Hotel. You made a great night memorable.

In front of a hugely appreciative audience, the brave amateur musicians of Knutsford strutted their stuff. From the Fields of Athenrye, via the Hotel California to Africa, all (or most) corners of the musical world were wonderfully represented. And marvellously entertaining it all was.

If I can get copies from Mike, we might get some incriminating photos on the website shortly, so please visit www.noted.org.uk - the only website with that name!

A special thanks go to the manager at the Angel for providing the premises for free and opening the bar for the evening, and to Phil for providing PA and lighting (luxury!). Hopefully in 6 months we can do this all again, but in the meantime put club-night in your diaries: Sunday May 17th 2009 7:30pm
